Back to Business of Sewing Fabrics

Ok; I know already!  I’ve been missing for a while, but now I’m back to the business of sewing fabrics.  I was AWOL from my fashion sewing site and you.

I won’t bore you with all my life issues, because I’m sure they’re no different than anyone else’s; just happening at different times.  But, I have tons of content I want to share with you…from sewing for a changing body shape to making gifts for my family.  So, if it gets to be too much just let me know.

If you have followed me for any amount of time, you know I love sewing fabrics made from natural fibers with texture, prints, stripes and colors.  I don’t always get to make them, but I keep collecting beautiful fabrics from Joann Fabrics or Fabric Mart Fabrics to sew.

These are either 100% cotton or a linen/cotton blend.

I know fall is approaching, but take a look at some of my summer sews and see if they can be transitioned to the changing season, although I get to enjoy warm weather a lot longer than some.  We’ve even had to run the a/c up through Christmas.  So, I should be able to add a jacket or leggings with some of these to get maximum wear.

So, I’m back to business of sewing fabrics!
